Since March 2020, we have all been through various degrees of hell, right? Bartley points to numbers published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Normally, 20 percent of all adults report struggling with some aspect of mental health. During the pandemic, that has doubled to 40 percent. Focus on young adults, those ages 18 to 25, and the numbers are staggering: 30 percent normally, 78 percent in a world ravaged by the coronavirus.
