With the judge’s permission, Musk went on to sketch a sordid history of Baron’s law firm, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, and his previous law firm, citing examples of criminal wrongdoing by a former partner at those firms’ predecessors. “You were mentored by criminals, then continued to be mentored by criminals,” Musk concluded.
