In 2019, Lauren Keys, 32, and her husband, Steven, 31, of St. Augustine, Fla., spent seven months visiting all 61 national parks in the United States. Last year, they traipsed for six weeks through Colorado, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, then spent another month in the Las Vegas area. While the couple travel mostly in their modest camper van, there are times when they want to bed down in a hotel. Their preferred option: an extended-stay hotel.
