Russia-Ukraine war live updates: Resident of Polish village describes ‘terrifying’ blast

British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly said that the United Kingdom will help Poland with any tactical or practical support needed in its investigation of the deadly missile strike on Polish territory on Tuesday and that London’s response will be led by “facts.”

In an update to Parliament on Wednesday afternoon, Cleverly added: “I think it is wise to advise the House that at this point the full details of the incident are not complete, but earlier today Jens Stoltenberg, the NATO secretary general, said there was, and I quote, ‘no indication that this was the result of a deliberate attack.’ ”
