Post Politics Now: Biden promises supply chain will start and end in U.S.

Today, President Biden promised a boost in domestic manufacturing after touring an IBM facility, where the company promoted a $20 billion investment in New York’s Hudson Valley over 10 years, focused on semiconductors, computers, artificial intelligence and other programs. Ahead of the midterm elections, Biden and Democrats have highlighted the bipartisan law to boost production of domestic semiconductor chips.
